Due to the limited site area, a three-storey (plus mezzanine) structure is located to the site edge of
Crumlin Road; the large hall of the General Purpose room forms the link between old and new, both at
ground level and first floor level; and the roof of the GP hall is an upper playground. The mature trees
that line the western edge form the fourth side of the enclosed outdoor space which is now the new
playground at ground level.
